You can gain experience by wearing multiple hats. The team of new graduates are very friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Lack of structure. There is no HR department, which means that there is no way for employees to give feedback, or have their personal issues taken care of. Money is a constant issue here as the company is financially unstable. Every six months there is either a salary cut, or you just won't get paid! The company is unable to reimburse their employees in a timely manner, while expecting them to constantly travel. Management often openly expresses their feelings about their customers and employees in a very disrespectful manner.
