Pros
They have a good holiday party and summer party each year and they have good benefits like a 5% 401k match, up to 5k per year in tuition reimbursement, and relatively good health insurance and life insurance benefits.
Cons
The pay, bonus and advancement are a bit on the low side. They make you sign a very restrictive non-compete agreement. They want you to sign an invention agreement, but this can be avoided. If you are working at a contracting site you will have almost no direct relationship with your manager or other people in the company.
