Pros

Some of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

I dont even know where to start. Bottom line, go check out the reviews for SBS Group. Same crap different name. 1. Good luck getting your bonus. 2. The clients are poorly managed. Not the account managers fault, there just aren't enough of them.. 3. Cannot attract good talent. They go for the cheap and inexperienced. 4. Losing people like crazy because they are starting to see through the the lies and broken promises. 5. Compensation plan stuck in the 80s. PTO is a joke, health care has insane premiums, bare minimum company holidays. Not to mention pay is barely competitive. 6. Management is useless if you need help. They only want to protect their fiefdoms. 7. After the "merger" too much management and bureaucracy. Some of the senior management should have went. Behaves like it is a fortune 500 company with the broken internal systems to match. 8. Does not listen to SMEs on internal tools or processes. 9. Whatever management wants, they get. To the point that certain people are feared in the organization. Other managers will take a path they know is wrong to just appease. 10. People are ignored and are disposable.

Pros

Velosio offers strong exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem, with a clear focus on Dynamics 365, cloud ERP, and business transformation. The culture emphasizes consultative selling and real business outcomes, which is great for building long-term enterprise sales skills. There’s solid onboarding and enablement, access to knowledgeable solution architects and consultants, and opportunities to learn across multiple industries. Overall, it’s a stable, growth-oriented environment with clear paths for professional development.

Cons

Success requires patience, strong discovery skills, and comfort with longer sales cycles. This isn’t a high‑volume, quick‑win environment, but that ultimately leads to more meaningful conversations and stronger career development.
