Cons
The objective of Velrada is not to help people progress their careers, provide quality services to clients or to make a meaningful difference. The objective is to rapidly build-up a group or people, list of clients and the illusion of intellectual property for the sole purpose of selling the company for a quick profit. Upon joining Velrada I was sold a wonderful story of great experience, career progression and training, none of which materialised. With the rapidly slowing market and tarnished reputation I cannot foresee a positive future for Velrada and it's employees. I'm glad I left, I just wish I'd done so sooner.
