Management is clueless - Route Driver Velvet Ice Cream Employee Review

Worked as a driver, they combined 4 routes into 3 which led to 12+ hour days with no training or help. When I asked for help I was told I was too slow, was expected to drive through blinding snow storms in the same time it took on a sunny day w/out traffic. The route never made sense, had 20 minutes to get to customers that were an hour away.
