      The culture here is strong and positive, plenty of opportunity with a growing company that has a good concept.

      Cons

      Management could use some improvement. There's plenty of communication but not enough follow through with that.

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
