Hours - you don’t get to write your MGMT schedule (closes at 4 am on weekends) Upper MGMT / OPS - they love to barge in during peak volume and audit the entire operation, doesn’t feel like they want you there. HIGH TURNOVER - I am the third GM to quit in less than 10 months (yes you read that correctly) Work / Life balance - they want you to be available around the clock and have zero respect for your time off. Gossip - every single “higher up” has negative things to say about the COO & DO. They are the worst experience I’ve had in my 28 year career .
