Good money, good learning experiences, working there opened a lot of doors, made really great connections with people, a lot of resources available
Cons
A lot of difficult people to work with, little to no control over your own career and what kind of work you wanted to do, often partners gave out work piece meal, no real mentoring or help to develop and fine tune skills
