      Interesting work and lots of good lawyers to work with.

      Venable has been attempting to transition into a larger firm and has lost some of the character that made it a great place to work.

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.
