Where to start? * ZERO work-life balance - you are expected to be available around the clock and if you're not, you're told your heart is not in it, and off you go; * Company is falling apart with about 95% staff turnover within 18 months; * ZERO trust in employees resulting in micromanagement on an extreme scale; * Almost next to no training or guidance; * The list goes on and on. It's just wasteful to spend my time talking about this company.
