Pros
Hard to come up with any. The benefits are pretty good. Pay is average to slightly above average. I made a few friends working here. The office space is pretty nice too.
Cons
The company is under new ownership and management. Tons of structural issues. Nobody has any clue what they’re doing, and nobody takes ownership of their work. There are also some extremely rude employees working here, particularly the top salespeople and their team members. Every client to them is a “VIP” client, even those clients that don’t pay their bills on time. ZERO work-life balance perpetuated by the CFO who has no respect for anyone’s time. He also does not know how to prioritize work. Everything to him is urgent. Emails, texts, and phone calls regularly occurred at all hours of the day, including weekends, along with the expectation that these requests need to be handled on the weekend. Lastly, the company didn’t seem to care very much when I left. That speaks volumes about their culture.
