good place - Manager Vencorp Employee Review

I came into this company with no sales or marketing experience at all. I was looking for a place to make money and have the opportunity of advancement. Within my time at this company I have developed numerous personal skills such as; strong mentality, positive attitude, confidence, etc. There are no words to describe how much this program has already done for me thus far, and I'm extremely motivated to continue my journey with Vencorp and see where it will take my future career and further my development. The culture of people and work environment is BY FAR the most impactful, encouraging environment I have every experienced in any company.

I wouldn't look at them as cons - however, investing time and effort is definitely required and essential to becoming successful in this company.

Literally none. Unless you're in to upper management flirting with you 24/7 and then berating you right after. The only positive reviews on here are the ones the managers write themselves and make the recruiters write.

I could literally go on for days. This company is a door to door sales company, literally everyone does it everyday including the managers/owners. They make their HR girls (actually just recruiters) book at least 20 interviews a day, everyday because their turnover is so high. In the time that I was there (only two months) there was a turnover of 5 recruiters because they are treated like such crap and because one was caught sleeping with the owner. The other owner cusses all day long and talks about sex and body parts and even got undressed in the office alone with one recruiter, and then berates you because you're not being productive even though she is the one bothering you.. Compensation is 100% commission and you only get paid if your sale actually goes through which most don't, and if it does it takes weeks.
