I am leaving this review to share my experience with Vendana hiring process. I went through onboarding and training, committed my time fully, and followed all instructions provided by the team. Despite the engagement, my contract was terminated abruptly, with a justification that did not reflect anything, they said “I was too smart”. The process lacked transparency and professionalism, particularly in how the decision was communicated. Needless to say, that after that, me and my other colleague who had also had a termination while being in the training period, felt mentally abused by the harshness and unfairness of this company. A more structured, respectful, and accountable approach to candidate management would significantly improve the experience for future applicants. I advise anyone applying to first look for reviews to avoid such unpleasant professional situations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and contributes to improving internal practices.
