Pros
Flexible PTO, WFH, Laptop, no one really bothers you because no one knows what they are doing most of the time. The career advisors and relationship managers are amazing and really care about the people they help.
Cons
Absolute and total chaos especially right. They are going for quite a laughable new vertical now and absolutely no one trusts each other after the multiple rounds of poorly done layoffs. Poor management Poor leadership No team culture No diversity or inclusivity Lack of transparency Poor money management after getting funding. No room for growth Lack of trust
