Inconsistent pay and work and lots of surprises. - Class A Driver Venezia Employee Review

Pros

No driver facing cameras in the trucks, pretty lenient when it comes to driving.

Cons

CPM for local drivers instead of hourly, so you have to work 60-70 hours a week just to get a decent pay check, which you won’t get unless your on a dedicated route, which is like pulling teeth to get. Maintenance is terrible, if something is wrong with your truck and you need it repaired, don’t count on them to do it, they’ll say they “fixed it” but it won’t actually be fixed. Definitely a lot of favoritism too, if you want a good paying consistent job, this definitely isn’t the place for you.
