Small teams, and great culture

No opportunities as interns to stay on .

-Great culture -Awesome people -So many opportunities to learn. I was brought on as an intern and my assigned tasks were somewhat minimal but the whole team was very receptive to me helping in various areas, even ones where I had no experience and this allowed me to acquire useful skills that i've used in jobs since. -Company happy hours, games, food-trip Fridays -It's smaller than most startups but it still has a start-up vibe if that's what you're looking for. -Free snacks

-Location can be a con for some but the office is a 4 minute walk from Union Market and right next to the Angelika pop-up and Dolcezza. The area is becoming gentrified very quickly and I suspect that as the area becomes ore and more developed, this will be less of a con for people -Lack of structure that comes with a company this size. If you're hungry to learn and contribute there are opportunities but nobody is going to hold your hand. I write this to say that if you're not a self-starter, you may get an opportunity to work at Venga anyways by BSing your interviews but it really isn't worth It for you or for Venga. you won't learn unless you're willing to put in work.
