Pros

Vensure has been a great place to grow professionally, especially if you’re motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Leadership is very accessible and genuinely invested in employee success. There’s a strong emphasis on performance and results, but you’re given the tools, autonomy, and support to succeed. The company is continuing to evolve and scale, which creates a lot of opportunity for individuals who want to take on more responsibility and advance quickly. The team culture is collaborative, and there are many high performers who push each other to improve. I’ve also seen positive changes in processes and communication over time, which shows leadership is listening to feedback.

Cons

Like many rapidly growing organizations, processes can still be evolving, and things can sometimes change quickly. This can be challenging if you prefer a slower-paced environment

Pros

There's opportunity to make good money - but this varies highly even within departments.

Cons

Management and company initiatives are consistently disorganized, and both employees and clients feel the impact. The benefits package is poorly structured and offers limited real value compared to industry standards. The organization operates almost entirely in reactive mode, with little proactive planning, adequate support, or operational structure. It creates a constant environment of scrambling just to keep up, with no path toward getting ahead. Leadership frequently appears disconnected from day-to-day realities, resulting in unrealistic expectations and ongoing operational inefficiencies. Communication and direction change often, making it difficult for teams to execute effectively or build long-term stability. Growing internal talent is second to bringing in new talent. Very high attrition of employees - both firing and employees voluntary leaving.
