Pros

I personally have a great team to work with who really care about me and try to make things better for our team and company. There are a lot of really excellent people that work with this company. Having so many departments allows me to be a specialist at what I do and offers a lot of options for growth.

Cons

It's hard to get your suggestions to upper management and they dont always feel in touch with the folks that are day to day, making decisions that affect everyone without any consultation.

Pros

There's opportunity to make good money - but this varies highly even within departments.

Cons

Management and company initiatives are consistently disorganized, and both employees and clients feel the impact. The benefits package is poorly structured and offers limited real value compared to industry standards. The organization operates almost entirely in reactive mode, with little proactive planning, adequate support, or operational structure. It creates a constant environment of scrambling just to keep up, with no path toward getting ahead. Leadership frequently appears disconnected from day-to-day realities, resulting in unrealistic expectations and ongoing operational inefficiencies. Communication and direction change often, making it difficult for teams to execute effectively or build long-term stability. Growing internal talent is second to bringing in new talent. Very high attrition of employees - both firing and employees voluntary leaving.
