Good Staff, Sketchy HR, Poor Management - Designer Vent-Axia Employee Review

Run by Sales Poor overall management No career progression. Lots of people in the same role for many years with no added responsibility or developed skill sets. Underappreciated design & technical departments - When I was there graduate sales execs were on the same wage as designers. Excluding sales commission Sketchy HR proceedings - I will give 2 examples 1. We received training. After said training HR attempted to get us to sign a contract recouping the costs (thousands of pounds) if we left within 2 years. We refused 2. I saw the fallout of someone's exit interview (critical of management) forwarded to management before they had even left. Unpleasant.
