Nice people but poor upper management and heavy workload - Officer Ventia Employee Review

Constant "skinny-ing" of the company and overloading responsibilities to others, Upper management is clueless and has no clue what is going on onsite and make stupid decisions. Poor work life balance for many roles. No bonuses and benefits for most. Barely follow their own values.
