Customer driven schedule, nothing ever set in stone, management heavy with personal agendas..every move is micromanaged, quality standards are pushed aside by management to boost production numbers. Work/ life balance is non existent. Overtime is shot down even when it is critical to meeting deadlines and goals. Expect same amount of production with out proper staffing.
