High Turnover + High Conflict Environment - Anonymous employee Venture Commercial Employee Review

I resigned several times but ended up working here for over a decade before finally resigning for good and walking away; I experienced/observed the following: constant infighting, bickering, and tattletale-ing (if you work here, be ready to attend "team meetings" about chewing gum and to have co-workers that are overly concerned with your comings and goings); high turnover, horrible boss (intimidating, gossip (promotes tattletale environment), sarcastic, smug, condescending, often rude to employees, clients, and vendors), slow to promote (females), micro-managing (of females only), enormous workload, high conflict + highly critical environment (for females). Compensation is mediocre (at best) and not at all commensurate with the workload and you have to really fight for better pay and promotions that you deserve. Additionally, a former Senior VP at Venture was arrested last year and sentenced to prison for robbing banks. He even robbed one of Venture’s own client’s branches. Chaos.
