Focus of the firm is mostly in DFW

It is a fun environment, most of the people who work here are nice, and they are usually flexible when missing work for important family/personal matters depending on what your position is.

The micromanagement is unbelievable on the staff side. People are severely underpaid for the amount of work they’re given, and raises are only an option once a year during your employee review. Again on the staff side, you will notice that your work goes severely unappreciated. Many people do not clean up after themselves in the kitchen, leaving it to the project managers and administrative staff. Also, there is absolutely no room for growth unless you are on the Broker side of the company.
