A very disappointing review from a disgruntled former employee.
At Venture Forge we're really proud of our team retention and team satisfaction scores.
In our latest quarterly team member satisfaction survey, our team members scored total satisfaction at 88%, with 100% of team members stating that they would highly recommend working at Venture Forge to a friend or loved one.
This review came from a team member who was dismissed by the business after they failed their probationary period. Despite working with the team member to help improve multiple aspects of their working role, the individual wasn't able to perform in role to the level of required standards.
Post dismissal, the individual took it upon themselves to conduct a series of slanderous campaigns of which this is one of them.
To anyone concerned by this one star review, please speak to any member of the Venture Forge team who will confirm that this was a "bad apple" that attempted to tarnish the reputation of the agency.
