the trucks are new and up to date we have decated routes and home time and vaction time and sick days
Cons
in the time i have been here there is really no pay raises most new drivers come here for less than 6 months because they see no futher here because of pay some dispatcher have bad attudes toward drivers they may be book smart but lack common sense .dispatch and driver mangers and terminal mangers think only of themselves some get rides to and from work from other drivers so they dont have to drive so they have those drivers run ahead of of thier departure time they dont care they want to save thier money but not give any to the drivers with that type of thinking you can see favoritizem dispather will not talk to each other they email each other even thou they are only 5 feet from them first shift will not talk to second shift and so on no messages get passed on
