Pros
the people are the same as every other company out there. treat them good they will treat you good, or as good as they can anyway. everytime i have asked for an advance for emergencys they have always given it. thats a biggy.
Cons
as company there pretty cool, but otr has trouble getting you back hauls. mostly brokered at the time your empty. its usually call me when your empty and we will see type stuff. as owner op the company fees are astronomical. 14 different fees totalling over 500 dollars a week. hell even 100 just for pulling there trailers. 100 something everyweek for comp and collision. so ya
