Pros

Employee benefits: full pay for short term disability, two weeks of paternity pay, sick time and vacation. Awesome location!

Cons

The company is obsessed with hitting numbers—until you actually do. Then suddenly the bonus structure gets “reevaluated,” or a new excuse pops up to take it away. Somehow, the same group always manages to get their bonuses, while the rest of the floor is left with nothing. It feels rigged, demoralizing, and completely inconsistent. There are people in leadership who are walking HR violations—constantly using inappropriate language, making crude jokes, and casually sharing private employee information like it’s small talk. Everyone sees it. Everyone hears it. And yet, nothing is done. This creates a culture of fear, gossip, and zero trust. There are no boundaries, no sense of professionalism, and definitely no respect. Worst part? The behavior is fully visible, and the people in charge just let it happen. Religious comments are regularly dropped in conversations, which feels uncomfortable and alienating in a workplace. Add in a leadership style that changes depending on who’s watching, and it’s impossible to tell what’s real or who you can actually trust. There’s a lot of posturing—people walking around like they’re running a billion-dollar company, when in reality, they’re micromanaging the smallest tasks and acting out of pure insecurity. If you enjoy being constantly second-guessed, this is your place. Then came the layoffs. Leadership claimed it was a cost-saving move, but it looked more like an excuse to protect their own bloated paychecks. Cutting people while taking home oversized salaries sends a very clear message about what—and who—really matters. Thinking about working here? Don’t. You deserve better than this kind of dysfunction.

Pros

Sometimes you get a flexible work schedule...if management likes you

Cons

The benefits are terrible, terrible 401k match, terrible health insurance options, tenured vacation time does not increase until you have worked for the company for 8 years. There is 0 accountability at this place. Be prepared to deal with a crap pile that has been building for the entire time the company has been in business. They have no business ethics, lie to their customers, discourage employees from communicating with each other, and frown upon you taking your legal 15-minute breaks during the day. They promote people who are completely unqualified for their positions, which leads to insane amounts of turnover. The "leadership" there treats you like their child and gives you reasons like "because I told you so" when forcing you to do a task that is outside of your role. There is zero training and no punishments for those who are "liked" within the company. They place unrealistic expectations on their employees without fixing the issues that have been going on for years. They cut the amount of overtime that you can work and expect you to get more work done in less time, while keeping the same quality of work you were doing before the OT cut. The culture at this place is the worst I have ever experienced.
