Getting to work with a lot of high-profile clients with lots of growth opportunities because the leaders trust you to take a first stab at everything! They're also always willing to help and answer any questions you have about any project, and are very willing to put you with clients that fit with your career growth.

Nothing that I could think of! The team is great and very supportive of each other!

The team I worked with was absolutely wonderful—I loved getting to work alongside them. The job was also light on meetings, which is rare and appreciated in PR. Year-round half-day Fridays are also very nice.

The biggest con was the pay—it's incredibly low, even by PR standards. The benefits aren't good enough to offset the lack of income. Promotion is also incredibly difficult and takes a very long time. It oftentimes felt like the fact I was junior in the industry was being taken advantage of to not properly compensate me.
