Execution suffers as a result, with teams pulled in conflicting directions and no consistent framework to measure success. Processes are either absent or routinely bypassed, creating confusion and inefficiency. Internal communication is fragmented, timelines are unrealistic, and resource planning is inconsistent. What structure does exist is often eroded by last-minute pivots driven by top-down pressure rather than data or long-term thinking.
