Pros
- best place to work if you want to boost your skills apart from client work - Good amount of work-life balance and if you get to work with a product company that is even better - you can always say you are not available or have errands so the timings were always flexible to work with - loved the remote work/ 1 day per week policy - Very good, helpful humble and fun team to work with!
Cons
- the pay disparity got evident after a few months between the team which was discouraging - the increments were pretty insignificant most of the times - not my personal experience - but some team members had a hard time with upper management - despite work life balance, sometimes the work pressure was too much due to the objectives - recently heard about layoffs so not sure what the situation is like currently
