Pros

Remote, unless you're close to a physical location. Option for 4 10s instead of 5 8s.

Cons

More work than hours in the day. No downtime. Multiple peers that don't contribute, with no repercussions. Low pay. A lot of micromanagement. No raise.

Pros

Extremely smart and fast moving culture. Every employee is critical to the company and can make large impacts to where the company goes. Even though at times you have to stretch to work long hours, it's all very rewarding.

Cons

Working over the weekend is common.

Pros

Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and make a name for yourself. Client pipeline is very intriguing and the potential introductions day to day are great. Opportunity to really get hands on in many areas to gain experience in the sales process.

Cons

Very fast paced start-up mentality. If you do not work well in this type of environment then this is not for you. Structure of the position was all over the place. Each day had something that needed to be done outside of your job description thus hindering your day to day process. Comp structure was never defined in detail so it was hard to buy into the overall goals of individuals who are being appropriately compensated in leadership roles.
