VENZO is a great place to start off your career. Easy/gentle landing into consulting, good opportunities to learn, leading Danish companies as customers. Amazing social life and emphasis on a good WLB.

Completely Microsoft focused so beware of pigeon boxing. Very easy to get stuck in a niche which makes moving on more difficult. Management doesn’t really seem to have a proper vision for the future but not for a lack of trying… Sales doesn’t really know how to sell you on new engagements. They tend to stick to the “rockstars” which leaves them overworked.
