Company Lacks Leadership / Inability to Scale - Technical Lead Veoci Employee Review

Veoci has a problem in that management allows one person, a non co-founder, to make influence, bully his way through, and make decisions when he shouldn't be in a position to make decisions at all, all while having responsibilities much to broad in scope for any one person to handle. Management has no idea how to scale, has no strategic plan, and is not transparent with revenue or finances. Human Resources has been a disaster.
