      A empresa oferece uma certa flexibilidade caso precise resolver algum assunto pessoal no período de trabalho e possui bons benefícios (home office, VA/VR, etc)

      Cons

      Empresa toxica, a gestão por oferecer esta flexibilidade entende que vc deve atuar durante sua folga, férias e recesso. Não tem nenhum plano de carreira e as pessoas são promovidas por ter "bons amigos" e nao pela a efetiva atuação

      Great company. There is always waste in some form. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Have to be patient for upward mobility. There is a lot to learn and it must be mastered before moving to the next level.
