-Large business with plenty of opportunity to move around -Willing to invest in staff -Good compensation package (particularly the bonus scheme) -Strong values, in particular safety -Many senior staff promoted from within therefore good internal succession
Cons
-Sometimes difficult to get work/life balance right -Limited access to Microsoft programs (e.g. Word/Excel/Outlook) as they use Google replacements
