There are zero pros to working for this crappy company.
Cons
There are far too many to list but I will add a few major ones. Lower level employees are treated poorly and talked down to by upper management, Customer Service is extremely understaffed and is unable to handle the large volume of orders, emails and calls coming in which often leads to more calls from angry customers, in the time I've worked for the company I have not heard one employee have anything positive to say about management or the company as whole and it's definitely micromanagement at it's finest. I definitely regret that I didn't read any of the employee reviews before I accepted the position.
