Management fails to train. Quick to point their fingers. Good ole buddy network. Incompetent folks trying to manage small construction projects. Failure to appreciate employees input. The Ohio office lacks project management. NO one can make a decision. Good ole boy network. I would not hire these folks to wash dishes. They would screw it up.
