      Friendly Work Environment, Very Competent Engineers and Designers, Excellent PTO and other benefits

      Cons

      Much of the work is tied to the Oil & Gas and Mining Industries which are very slow to commit to projects and funding. Results in a periods of low workload (years) followed by extremely challenging workloads.
