It’s laid back and easy going, just do your work management doesn't bother you or breathe down your neck, Decent pay & benefits, air conditioned which is new for me, and go home at a decent hour, but has overtime available at times, weekends off, and you get your benefits after 15 days, instead of waiting 3 months.

Training, you kind of just get thrown in the mix and move around to different areas, not a’lot of explaining, its kind of sink or swim when it comes to learning

It pays well and tons of overtime if you want it.

Overtime is their, management all needs to be fired. sadly cool place to work but all management is trash from the head quarters in Canada to the plant manger and production manger just stupid as a bag of rocks. But it pays just remember its a job not a career so make something out of it while ur their.
