I was so impressed with my interview that I took this job over another one that paid a bit more. I started at the bottom as a customer service representative and was able to move my way up to the communications manager. I have felt empowered the entire time I've worked here to take on challenges and was embraced by my mentors every time I took those risks and chose to move forward. I told my leadership that I was interested in leadership and they backed me worked with me and helped me achieve my goals mentoring me the whole way giving me challenges to help my growth.
