Cons
The company has little to no diversity, its all some flavor of White and Asian. As long as you are able to be fake and just pretend to act the way management wants you to you will be find. Anyone who does not follow along will be bard from any growth in the company and their words will be twisted to justify it. Favoritism is obvious to everyone but management who claims there is none. If you are one of the workers who stray a little from the norm you will never be given chances to work on projects not matter how well you do your job. Co workers are clicky so just be ready to feel like you are in high school again and beware who you trust. Just because someone seems trustworthy doesn't mean they are, they will throw you under the bus if it benefits them in the long run.
