      Pros

      I've been very impressed with the level of talent, commitment to the purpose and mission of the company, and the authenticity of the employees and management.

      Cons

      No real cons here. Veracyte is a growing company and experiencing hyper growth - still in a start up like environment. If you are energized by building and developing systems and processes with a high level of talent supporting you, it's the right place for you. The building may not be for all, and that's okay! But it does energize me.

      I feel like the company genuinely cares about its people and patients. The work is fast-paced, rewarding, and the people who work here are incredibly smart and talented. Great benefits and competitive pay. Everyone here works hard but is fun and a genuinely nice person. The company is growing quickly and has a lot of potential, which is exciting to be a part of.

      The company is growing quickly so sometimes there are growing pains, which is understandable.

      Pros

      - Benefits- especially PTO and Holidays. We have a very generous package. I hope it never changes. Human Resources do what they do and are very communicative and listen to your concerns. They interact professionally and actually help to improve those issues. Management takes time to help improve the workplace by communicating and implementing some changes. They have a very generous open door policy’s. Work life balance is awesomez

      Implementation of workflows without prior communication. You know like a heads up.
