Pros
Can't think of any - also hate to be called Veradigm. Ever since Veradigm came into the picture it was all downhill from there.
Cons
Unprecedented attrition from both layoffs and tenured hard-working employees leaving on their own due to the writing on the wall. Tense corporate atmosphere, everyone feels they will be next to go. If you take a step back and look at the "why/how" - as soon as Veradigm management started making decisions... things went downhill fast. Allscripts went from a happy/tenured/successful culture to ugly corporate politics with a glum future. Not to mention the "Internal Control Failures" which dropped the already low stock $2 in one day. Any other company would shine a spotlight on their CFO to fix. I guess LJ is untouchable and has a golden parachute either way.
