Learn how to talk to people, how to handle rejection, and how to enhance your self accountability skills - which is very helpful in work and in life. Great opportunity for growth into a management position. Team meetings in the morning are always fun and very informative and is a good start to each day. Every day is different which makes work a bit more exciting.

You have to hold yourself accountable for your own success and be willing to work hard to accomplish your goals. Standards set by the company each week can be challenging to reach, but very possible if you're willing to put in the work. Also, you can't be afraid of driving to new places.
