Pros

Working at Verasolve has been a great fulfilling experience so far. The on-boarding process was easy and you work with a wonderful team of smart and highly experienced marketing professionals. Though we all have different clients, we share a lot and learn from each other in a very natural way, which makes it even more interesting and enriching as you really feel you are part of a team. My clients have been very respectful and interesting to work with. You learn a lot in a short period of time in a variety of different industries. My direct manager is very attentive and gives me continued support, advice, and guidance. There is a Business Development team which allows you to focus only on your current customers and give them quality marketing deliverables. Schedule flexibility, work from home policy are also perks when working here. Beautiful and inspiring work environment.

Cons

Not within walking distance of a metro station. You work in an open space, but everybody tries to keep the noise level low.

Pros

Very positive and productive work environment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Flexible hours and there are some opportunities to work remotely. I learned a lot about different industries and gained experience creating content for a variety of businesses. All my work received constructive feedback, which allowed me to take note of where I needed to improve.

Cons

I have no negative comments about the position.

Pros

Location, work setting, co-workers, some client work

Cons

No benefits. No upward mobility. Below average pay. The way the company is structured, you are set up to fail. There is a lot expected of the employees but very little given in return. Client retention is your responsibility although the clients are sold on unrealistic expectations by the business development team. Some BD team members bit-foot managers any time there is a client issue, leading to a lack of faith in the manager by the client and resentment toward the BD staff. BD team thinks they are marketing/PR professionals and lead clients to believe they are involved in the day-to-day, which is not the case unless there is an issue. Client managers have no support staff -- expected to create strategy, hold meetings, manage projects, create deliverables for a minimum of four clients at a time, all for the client price of $5500 a month. This is all very bad for morale.
