I really like the company. A serious approach to each product and its development. The company is always guided by real analytical data on products and shares this data with all employees. The company has a very competent strategy for the development and improvement of each of its products. Individual approach to each employee, the company has a very friendly atmosphere and employs only professional employees who know their business.

For me there are no cons at the moment

The company is reliable when it comes to compensation — salaries are paid on time and contractual obligations are honored. Development processes are generally well-structured, with clear planning. There is openness to new ideas and a willingness to experiment with products. Competitive benefits and additional perks beyond base salary.

Some legacy elements from older products still require ongoing attention. Certain products include older technologies and design approaches that could benefit from modernization.
