Layoffs happen all the time without any warning. Health benefits are cut out the same day you get laid off which normally companies would do it at the end of the month. You would see your coworkers there one day and the next they will be gone and no one would say anything. They were prob laid off but they don’t want anyone to know. Its sad. There is no transparency in the company.
This company doesn’t care about work life balance. You will be working overtime alot. The C level doesn’t know how to run the company, and then put alot of stress on the managers which then is transparent on the people that work underneath them. They create a hostile work environment with micromanagement. It’s a whole disaster.
Would not recommend working here. The company cares more about their customers than the employees. Even though it is unlimited PTO, they will tell you, you can’t take any time off until a certain time.
You will never get a promotion and most people are way underpaid than market value. The C-level will give themself promotions while everyone else suffers. The company won't care about you or what you can offer them, you are easily replaceable.
