During my time at Verdant, I watched a number of talented technicians and engineers leave due to frustration with company culture and leadership. Turnover was a recurring issue, and many employees felt there was little opportunity for meaningful leadership because management decisions were frequently overridden by the owner.
Professionalism was inconsistent. Employees were often subjected to confrontational communication, and morale suffered as a result. In my experience, concerns raised by staff were rarely addressed in a meaningful way.
