bad for middle manager level joinees or people with 3+ years experience... unrealistic performance expectations... hardwork not of value if manager doesn't like you... hire and fire policy... may look like one step forward but really will be two steps backward for career... long working hours... delivery teams work 12 hours average... marketing and sales very odd hours... project delivery unrealistic timing for completion... high attrition... senior management not trusting managers and executive... office politics...
