Pros

Honestly, the amount of pros for this is difficult. In my time there, my coworkers, the customers, and the discount were the only good things about this job.

Cons

When I first started here I thought this was gonna be a great place to work, I quickly learned I was so wrong. For the majority of my time there it was pretty chill, but in the past month, with new management coming in it has truly ruined the workplace. They are going the corporate route and hiring upper management that view workers as disposable. The new management is manipulative and predatory to say the least. New management views customers as animals that need to be trained, it's disgusting. They do not view community as important, they do not value their workers who are far more knowledgable than them, and they believe they should be able to bark out orders to others while doing nothing themselves. They are cowards, and just genuinely bad people. Stay away from working here if you can

Pros

Unique living-soil grow, utilization of microbe teas and some bottled nutrients. Grows unique botique strains, and has exceptional solventless concentrates.

Cons

Claim to be organic but is not, much much cleaner and higher quality than 95% of grows but still not-organic.

Pros

Potentially some of the best cannabis in the world...when facilities are at their best and post harvest comes through well. It wasn't all the time, but when everything came together, the cannabis was world class.

Cons

Sometimes it seemed like the owner was trying to destroy the company by being penny wise and pound foolish. It was a massive struggle with 10s of thousands of dollars lost per round because the owner didn't want to pay just a few thousand to better maintain the facilities. Passion for the product doesn't really mean anything to management and lots of great growers jumped ship because of the chaos.
